WHAT DOES THE VEHICLE CHARGE MEAN?
We are in the mobile service industry so the vehicle charges helps us to cover things like vehicle maintenance, WOFs, registration and diesel. Extra vehicle charges will apply for those further away outside of the general Tauranga area.
QUOTING VS CHARGE UP
For general domestic jobs, we do this on a charge up basis, where you pay for the time and materials used (time is charged in 15 minute increments).
We provide a free quoting service for domestic jobs and commercial jobs over $500. The quote will give you a breakdown description of what it includes and will give you the total price for the works.
WHAT DOES THE LABOUR CHARGE COVER?
We still have to pay our guys the same whether they are sitting in the van driving to your job, or on your job, so the labour charge starts when they start driving to your job (and may stop at the merchants on way to pick up parts). If specialised equipment (such as drain clearing machine) is required for your job then the labour charge includes picking up this equipment from our workshop and returning it after.
CAN I PAY ON SITE?
We are unable to accept payment on site. Invoices are sent via email if an email address has been provided, or posted, and provide a full description of works completed and a breakdown of labour and materials on charge up work. Payment terms are 7 days from date on invoice.
DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARD?
We are now accepting credit card payments via our trade software. A 3.25% servicing fee applies.
